Yesterday I had the opportunity to meet with Karen Higgins from the Warrawong Lodge in Clifton Beach. Her and her husband have built a stunning purpose built B&B tucked. The venue is ideal for someone having an intimate ceremony or reception – it has an expansive patio off the kitchen and a separate upper patio which is a lovely place for the ceremony.
The location is great. It gives you the option to get married on the beach and have your reception on the patio overlooking the Coral Sea, and what a view! It’s one of the few spots the you can see from Yorkey’s Knob all the way to Buchan’s Point and beyond. All supplies for the wedding would have to be brought in, but no worries, a certain special someone (cough, cough) can organise all the vendors and set up for you.
They are hoping to open their doors on the 1st of September and after over a year long journey, they are keen to start welcoming guests and brides!
